1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MJOYTEK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at mjoytek.com, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use MJOYTEK, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Be a resident of India or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where adult content platforms are legal

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To post advertisements, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Coin System

MJOYTEK operates on a coin-based system for posting advertisements:

• Each ad posting requires 1 coin from your account balance
• Coins can be purchased through our platform's payment system
• Coins are non-refundable once used to post an ad
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations

5. Content Guidelines — Prohibited Content

You must NOT post content that:

• Involves minors (anyone under 18) in any sexual or adult context — strictly zero tolerance
• Promotes or facilitates human trafficking or sex trafficking
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misrepresents services
• Contains abusive, harassing, or threatening language
• Violates any applicable Indian laws including the IT Act 2000, IPC sections on obscenity
• Contains personal information of other users without their consent
• Is spam or duplicate content intended to game the platform
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Permitted Content

MJOYTEK permits adult classified advertisements for legal adult services including:

• Escort services (between consenting adults only)
• Professional massage services
• Dating and companionship services
• Adult entertainment

All services must be legal, consensual, and involve only adults (18+). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws.

7. Platform's Role

MJOYTEK is a classified advertising platform. We:

• Do NOT facilitate, arrange, or participate in any services advertised
• Are NOT responsible for the accuracy of any advertisement content
• Do NOT verify the identity of advertisers beyond basic registration
• Act solely as a neutral intermediary between advertisers and viewers

Users engage with advertisers at their own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations and exercising personal safety precautions.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of MJOYTEK. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform's design or content without written permission.

By posting content on MJOYTEK, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your ads on our platform and associated marketing channels.

9. Ad Removal

We reserve the right to remove any advertisement that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is reported by users as inappropriate or fraudulent
• We determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or illegal
• Has been inactive for more than 90 days

Coins used to post removed ads are non-refundable if the removal was due to a Terms violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MJOYTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from use of the platform
• Any actions taken by advertisers or users of the platform
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MJOYTEK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
